The site is laid out in 40 acres of grass covered sand dunes next to a three mile long sandy beach at the Hayle estuary end of glorious St Ives Bay. Near the beach are several shops including a large pub with nightly entertainment in the season, a small supermarket and a fish 'n' chip shop. Dogs are welcome in both properties but must be kept on a lead on the site. A small part of the beach is banned to dogs in the summer.
